No communication, no help. After trying to get a new chair from them for 6+ months with phone calls and emails unanswered, I finally just had to show up in person to find out what was going on... "We handled this badly..." Well, DUH! The WORST service ever! Do yourself a favor, save time and trouble and get service elsewhere.
