Decided to join the ATG CrossFit Group for my first Murph Hero Workout yesterday morning. Herod and Jake have created an incredible atmosphere. I was welcomed with open arms. I felt "at home" at this gym within minutes of arriving. The sense of community was amazing. The coaching and intentionality for the safety of the members was like no other. Moving here and being new to town this community was so welcoming right off the bat. Never made you feel like a stranger and they make you feel like you were apart of the community for years. Phenomenal owners and coaches/coaching . Programming is great for all whether you’re new to CrossFit or have been doing it for a while. Facility is organized, clean, functional and has all the fun cf toys. So grateful to be apart of this amazing community now.
Dropped in for a class with my wife and had a great time. I am more of a beginner, my wife more of a pro and it was a great workout with excellent coaching for both of us
We were traveling through the area and caught 11:30 class with Herod. He even helped us back our trailer into the loading dock spot! The members , workout, and coaching were top notch! We hope our travels will bring us back here again!
