They mostly avoid me when I reach out, i was told they take money only to file NOT FILE CORRECTLY OR FOLLOW UP. I was told im on my own to resolve their error filled tax return. The person who referred me to them is also left with no assistance and no tax return. Do not trust these non-professionals all they want is their cut.
