Heather was flat out one of the kindest and helpful people I have ever met. She made an awkward situation much more comfortable and she was so helpful. Heather gave me excellent service. No matter where I am in the country next time I'm called for drug testing I'll make time to travel to the conway location just to see her. Very sweet.
I am here to get a pre-employment drug screening. There are no other people here. 30 minutes of my time wasted just for this girl to tell me she doesn’t know what a code mean so I have to go somewhere else. Then, she’s there alone, so why isn’t someone with experience there with her?
I’m sitting in the office while writing this review. When I say I have never been treated so rudely when walking in to an establishment. The woman yells at me for not printing an email that was sent to me by the company I’m testing for. And email that clearly did not say to print it only to give them the test id number. Then throws paperwork at me to fill out. The entire time she has not looked at me once just huffs and puffs and acts like she’s mad at the whole world.
