We engaged Atella to help us build a garden suite for my mother-in-law. Before making our decision, we explored several options, including renting an apartment for her, purchasing a small condo, and renovating our existing home. I was very impressed with the showroom and Justin. I gave him my thousand dollar deposit which was refundable for them to do their due diligence. My schedule changed and I could not focus on entertaining the process which was simple and easy but I just couldn’t do it due to schedule constraints that emerged. I asked Justin for my refund back until I could reevaluate this at another time which he happily and did very quickly. Justin, I will circle back when time permits. We spoke with Justin, and we liked communication with him and his team. All the questions were answered and it was communicated on timely manner. Even though we didn’t go with the build, because of personal reasons. We liked the product, knowledge and communication. When we will be ready, I would seriously consider to have our ADU to be build by Atella.
Justin and Imran have been excellent walking me through the process, through permits to final delivery. They tackle issues with subcontractors and trades well and take ownership of outcomes. We’re very happy with the unit as is our tenant who moved in days after the final build.
Justin and the team were amazing in assisting us through the Atella. process. Because of circumstances beyond our control we did not purchase a unit at this time but hope to be able to circle back soon. I would definitely recommend the Atella team if looking for a first class garden suite.
