Atella has been very knowledgeable, attentive and coordinated all of the necessary approvals and work along the way. They come highly recommended and I would absolutely use them again for another build.

Although I wasn’t able to move forward with the project at this time, I really appreciated the professionalism and excellent customer service I received from Harris at Atella. The team was understanding and processed my refund quickly and without any hassle. My overall experience with the team was extremely positive. Communication was clear and courteous from the start, and they handled everything with professionalism and care. Highly recommend based on my experience!
Terrible company, got quotes from 2 different companies and was a breeze doing business with them, this place claims my lot is too small with little to no explanation, prices are way higher than other options, I'd explore elsewhere
Getting a garden suite built by Atella was the best decision my family has ever made. We spent months researching different companies who specialize in tiny homes / laneway suites / garden suites before finding Atella, and working with them was so easy from the first email I sent.
