Justin and the team were amazing in assisting us through the Atella. process. Because of circumstances beyond our control we did not purchase a unit at this time but hope to be able to circle back soon. I would definitely recommend the Atella team if looking for a first class garden suite.
Harris and his team are the best in the industry. They’ll be able to walk you through the financing options, layout options and features with such professionalism. The Atella showroom is also great to see the actual dwelling in person, all around great experience!
Justin and his crew at Atella are seriously amazing! From the initial experience at the sales office, they handled the permit and built my garden suite in Niagara Falls without any stress on my end. The payment plan was very fair and accommodating. The whole process was way quicker than I expected, and the finished garden suite looks incredible! Super high-end inside and out. Atella has been very knowledgeable, attentive and coordinated all of the necessary approvals and work along the way. They come highly recommended and I would absolutely use them again for another build.
When we first heard about the Atella we fell in love with idea of it. we went to see the model home they have at the North York location and we met with Harris and Justin. We were in aw of the look and design of the Atella. The flow of the unit is perfect for the size of it, the amount of storage and space in each room.
