Had such a wonderful experience getting my hair done with Heather today. She is so knowledgeable and took the time to listen to all my concerns due to past experiences at a different salon. She even took the time to teach and explain each step of the way and my hair turned out beautiful. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. And I already booked my next appointment with her. Always kind and quick
I got a horrible haircut. The worst one ever, wish there was a place to post pictures. I paid $185 for cut and color. I asked for a partial refund, she only offered $25. Ot is going to take at least a year to look even somewhat normal. Went in with thick hair to almost my waist and now hardly have enough for a sparse pony. Im just sick.
