Outrageous experience. Thank goodness the young employee was there. He was the only sweet person. 1) Todd (owner) never even got up from his chair or said hello. I had such an incredible experience at atelier nüstyle! Gabe, Lynn, and Todd truly made the entire process so special. We visited two other dress stores beforehand, but the vibes and atmosphere at atelier nüstyle were unbeatable. Since we were the only ones in the store, everyone was incredibly helpful and attentive. Just WOW! I said yes to the dress with such a LOVELY team of people! Lynn is simply fantastic and made me feel comfortable, and was so helpful! Todd was so sweet from our first phone call and through the entire process too! We even FaceTimed Lynn together after I said yes to the dress with my family to share her the GREAT news!!! Everyone was so invested and it was really a beautiful experience!!! Can’t thank them enough!!!!
I bought a dress here and it wasn’t till after I got the dress I had a problem , it didn’t fit me at all and I hated it my mom texted him and told him how I was feeling and how I was in tears with my wedding just 3 weeks away he said it was our problem. They don’t have a seamstress in store to do the alterations and the ones they told me to contact couldn’t do what I wanted to help fit the bust more. So now I’m left with a dress i can’t wear.
