I’m honestly wondering what the point is of advertising a pedicure for $35 without clearly mentioning that gel costs an additional $15. Handing customers the rate card only after they are seated for the service feels very misleading and, in my opinion, unethical. I went in today for what should have been a simple gel polish change on my toes, and unfortunately, I left very disappointed. I was serviced by the technician with the gray-and-black spiked hair who often has a dog with him. The gel polish application was uneven on several toes, and my nails weren't shaped the way I requested. One of my toenails had a noticeable spot that wasn't polished. Worst manicure ever! My skin was ripped off during the manivure and then poured tons of alcohol on it instead of having me wash my hands to clean it.
