Alain no longer owns this location and it shows... We went to them last year and their systems were not up to date for our Prius Prime and we had to leave car for 2 days for just an oil change and tires. Because we got an alarm on the dashboard. We decided to go elsewhere this year and the new mechanic says they overtightened the oil pan plug on our other car and I have to have it fixed. And on our Prius they tightened the oil filter so much it took the mechanic almost 10 minutes to get it removed without damaging the car. D... read more
