I wish I had a before picture of my jewelry. I didn’t have much hope my ring bringing it in, but They did such a great job with fixing it, that it looked almost brand new ! It cracked in 2 , black with oxidation and barely round. They even fixed my necklace and got it back all shiny again. They were even able to clean all the silver jewelry I had brought in instantly. Eric was super nice , super friendly and price very reasonable. I will defy be back again. Thank you so much 🙏🏼

My partner’s Rolex clasp had been coming undone for years, something he just dealt with every single day. We finally stopped into the shop, and within five minutes they had it fixed… for free. It was such a simple gesture, but their kindness made the whole experience feel special.
I came in to get the pin on my watch fixed, and not only did they repair it quickly, but they also did it completely free of charge. It was such a kind gesture and truly appreciated. Excellent and honest service, highly recommend!
So happy about the resizing of my engagement ring! It was a size 6 and I thought I needed a size 3. After mesurement at Atelier Lou, my finger was a size 4. The work was done in a day and only for a 100$! Very grateful because two jewelers told me it wasn’t possible to reduce the size and that it was going to need an entire remodel (which was about 1000$ according to both jewelers). Thanks a lot Atelier Lou, I will come back for my future requests!!
