i came in to fix a watch and a bracelet and i had incredible service here. they prices are very affordable and the job is beautifully executed for the watch, and the service was quite fast as well. i am extremely satisfied about the whole service :) i decided not to fix the bracelet as this job was a bit more expensive (only due to the material needed), however they still tightened it for me at no charge- which i thought was so thoughtful. i will definitely be going to them from now on for any jewelry services! i highly rec... read more

I bought a Yema Superman dato CMM.1 watch. Eric was very pleasant to deal with. When watch arrived. It wasn't working right. Eric quickly ordered me another watch. It arrived just over a week from France. Once it arrived to him, he made sure it was working properly and also adjusted the bracelet for me. Amazing service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for watches. On their website they also sell jewellery.

We had such an excellent experience. Eric came in himself on a day they were closed to help us with our purchase, he took his time and was so helpful. I would highly recommend Atelier Lou, beautiful pieces and wonderful service!

Very nice and pleasant people running the store. Went inside to get a sentimental piece of jewelry cleaned and they got it done in a very quick manner. Appreciate them and recommend giving them a visit if you’re strolling on Sherbrooke street!

I had my very warped and damaged ring fixed here and it looks good as new! Very reasonably priced and very fast, I dropped my ring off on Wednesday and it was fixed by Saturday. The jeweler was also very kind. Highly recommend!
