So happy about the resizing of my engagement ring! It was a size 6 and I thought I needed a size 3. After mesurement at Atelier Lou, my finger was a size 4. The work was done in a day and only for a 100$! Very grateful because two jewelers told me it wasn’t possible to reduce the size and that it was going to need an entire remodel (which was about 1000$ according to both jewelers). Thanks a lot Atelier Lou, I will come back for my future requests!!

Amazing service! I got my necklace tangled and wasn’t able to get it undone. Within minutes he was able to get my necklace back and cleaned it as well. I am so appreciative!
From beginning to end the service was excellent! The attention to detail is incredible and the results show it. They are from now on my go to place! Highly recommended.
Came in with 3 different pieces, the ring was missing 2 emerald stones, the necklace was snapped in half and my Tiffany bracelet needed a repair with the chain. Dropped everything off last week hoping for the best and got them all back today, everything fixed and deep cleaned! Thank you so much for fixing these! :)
