Rude and nasty. Don't waste your time.
They were professional as I needed to get a replacement battery for my mother’s wrist watch. Absolutely recommend it!
Really disappointed with this place. They would not allow me to get my ring size so I could send my boyfriend there to get me a ring. Very rude customer service, the lady sighed and looked at me like I was absolute garbage for even asking. Will never come here again and will advise others to do the same.
This place needs different staff. There is a guy who works here who is around 55ish grey hair. He is very rude. I rang the bell at the front he looked me up and down at my work clothes through the window and pointed at the sign saying appointment only this would be ok if it wasn't for the fact he was so dismissive. Very very rude behaviour.
Antonio is a jewelers of the old school. His jewelry is very classy, beautiful, chic and of high quality. All blessings and the best.
