I only have one car and live in a place where public transportation isn't available. We had freezing rain on the appointment day. On top of that, I need to pick up my child from daycare, so I need the car by 3pm. I was asking for a more precise time when the car will be ready, since it's an 1.5hs walk to the shop. The guy said "no no, no walk" and gave me a replacement car! Couldn't be more happy. The weather was truly miserable and I didn't loose as much time off work as I would have if I had to walk!
