Elise probably doesn’t remember because it happened in 2021, but she saved me 18 hours before my wedding by accepting a last minute appointment to buy a veil when no other shop around would take me. Just looking at my photos and remembering that experience. I was in such a desperate panic and she was so so kind 🩷.
Posting from my husbands account: I bought the lily floral crown from Elise and it was beautiful! she made it to the exact colours I wanted and the work just speaks for itself. I got so many compliments on it at the wedding!
It took me a while to finally find the perfect veil but I did! Atelier Elise was so helpful, the veil was BEAUTIFUL and very well-made. We purchased the Tansy veil in waltz length with faux round pearls and it took a beating and didn’t snag, rip or lose any pearls. The comb was super secure as well and the tulle was sewn securely onto the comb. We got married in the mountains and had a dinner to celebrate when we returned home. Amazing customer service! I reached out to inquire about a veil by Atelier Elise that I tried on over a year ago at one of their stockist locations. One of their staff members (it may have been the owner) actually called me directly to confirm which veil it was, and then helped me select the correct length for my dress. It shipped promptly and arrived very well packaged. Would definitely recommend to other brides looking for accessories!
