After my initial appt they kept my credit card information on file without my permission and later charged my card $75 without my authorization. After my initial visit they kept following up with me, so I ended up speaking to them on the phone about a potential follow up visit but did not confirm it - they made the appt in their system anyway. Bought the first dress I tried here…and overall. Splendid collection! Carla (spelling?) was very helpful and suggested a cape that completed the look for an upcoming forest wedding :). Muchas gracias, chicas!

I had an amazing experience while shopping for my wedding dress. After visiting multiple other stores, I finally found exactly what I was looking for here. Carla was fantastic—very professional and clearly knowledgeable. She asked for pictures of what I had in mind and found a dress that was even better than I imagined. I couldn't be happier with my dress and the service I received. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful experience!! I went to Sayes with my parents and we were helped by Carla. I showed her 2 of my top contenders from stores I had tried elsewhere and Carla instantly knew what to pull. The very first dress she pulled was THE ONE. I was a little nervous to say yes to the first dress I tried on at this store so she showed my other choices similar to the styles I thought I wanted but Carla ultimately knew best. My fiancé had her first appointment at SAYES, and we expected great things after reading the previous reviews. Unfortunately her experience was quite the opposite. She felt rushed throughout her appointment, pressured with “can you afford this” style questions, and little flexibility for her preferences. It felt like going to a car dealership and having a pushy salesman just trying to make a sale, without listening to the client. Unfortunate experience as I’m sure it’s not always like this here, at least I hope not.
