I had a filling done in the past and suffered a bit of a panic attack. the next time I returned for another filling, Dr. Lai remembered and went beyond with customer service! i described my panic attack seems come on with the feeling that i cannot breathe, and the usual seat position where i am laying flat seems to trigger me. Dr Lai was very patient and took extra time to comfort me and take my mind off of things, he even performed the procedure standing up so to allow me to sit somewhat upright ... read more
