Not impressed. I provide my proposal for which they show interest but they don't get back to me after numerous emails requesting progress on proposal. Finally I call and they dismiss me because the project is smaller than what they wish to make, That's fine but at least get back to the customer and let them know where you stand or just say up front not interested.. Don't string a customer along. Poor service and customer relation.
