Louis is the best. I had some rust and scratches to deal with for my Model 3, and I couldn't find anywhere to do it at a reasonable price. He quoted me an excellent price, and told me to bring the car in on Monday and he'd get it to me the next day. Monday morning I dropped it off at 8:30am, Tuesday morning at 11:30am picked it up. He did a great job, delivered on time (a rarity) and he went above and beyond and fixed a dent. I'm basically never going to another mechanic again, Louis is my guy.

I called the guy or owner whatever he is and he told me that the car is available. First of all, I asked to send me the VIN number and he answered with attitude saying «i will not send you any information, if you are interested you come down and see it.». Absolute lack of professionalism. Second of all, I woke up early got stuck in traffic for over an hour to get there and find out the car was sold last night.
