Exceptional experience. We went with the chef's tasting menu. 7 courses - 4 appetizer samples, 2 dinner plates, and a dessert. They required both diners to order it, which was fine, we were both excited about it. It was everything we could have asked for from a French meal. The chef's tasting menu changes over time and by the preferences of the chef, but we got beef tartare, escargot, lobster ravioli, roasted beet salad, Scottish salmon, elk tenderloin, and deconstructed cheesecake, and it was exquisite. Hands down one of the best spots in Denver. Their food is just amazing both in flavor, and sometimes in wild creativity. It's atmosphere and vibe is refined, but not so upscale and exclusive that you would feel out of place just going casual dress with a friend to enjoy some excellent swordfish.
