me and twin got locked in the parking lot for like 15 minutes because the sensors on the door weren’t working. very scary experience, would not recommend.
Be aware. This lot closes randomly without notice. Have a backup in case- Metropolitan Towers. Also, the rates fluctuate quite significantly. Check the Hang-tag app in advance.
This place used to be a 5 star parking spot but now they randomly charge $40 for event parking with no signs indicating this. Never again.
We parked at this location and someone smashed our rear window. We couldn’t find security or any surveillance footage whatsoever. On the other hand, the Reserved Parking for Pay Parking and TDH used to be differentiated by its color, but one day the management decided to change it by simply covering up the “Pay Parking” without any notifications. Then one day there’s a self-righteous patroller ticketed us and felt very smart to lecture us by writing on our trunk. How “unselfish and well-behaved” of you PATROLLER #20!
