I booked and attended a hair colour service here. My stylist asked me in the chair if I would like a trim as well, and I said yes. I was not informed that the haircut would be an additional $110 on top of what I was paying. I spoke with the owner who was quite rude and said that the "prices are not a secret", so why was I not informed prior to the cut beginning?
