My grandmother payed for a spot using Spot Hero. The attendant named Eyob was extremely rude and made her double pay. They said that Spot Hero doesn’t make them enough money and they don’t accept it. Eyob went on saying that it wasn’t his problem and forced her to double pay. Another attendant said Eyob had trouble with his car that day and was not in a good mood but that is no excuse to be rude to a kind elderly lady. We will never be back.
