We hired Atelier 4 to move a very fragile art piece from Brooklyn to Manhattan for a photo shoot. They arrived at the location with a box too small for the piece. Despite my warnings, the handler tried to fit in the box and - of course - broke a piece. I informed Atelier 4 about this incident and they denied being responsible for the damage.
