My warranty directed me to them to make an appointment. They told me they would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. I never heard from them and I have now called them 15 times and left 3 voicemails. It's been more than a week and I have heard *zero*. Will update if they ever answer their phone or get back to me, but I'm not holding my breath.
