Well the first time we used Tammy and Darryl they did a good job installing a roof vent for us. The second time we used them for ridge ventilation, and again, they did a good job for us. Recently we needed something else done and we made an appointment and they never showed up. We got in touch with them, they made a second appointment and at the end of the day, they let us know they couldn't make it but would be here Saturday.
