The developer of our new unit complex installed A-Tech aluminium awning windows. The fly screens cannot be removed without removing the winder assembly. This is a design fault and A-Tech refuses to take responsibility and will not fix the problem. Fly screens should be easy to remove without the need to employ a tradesman to remove the winder. Check carefully before you specify these windows for your project.
