This company is not reliable. The original date that was given available so I was pushed off another day.Employees there do not update the system when customers call to schedule appointments. Rep I spoke with said she would schedule the appointment and lied. I waited on a automated text never received. To call and was told I wasn't put on the schedule as if I never called back to confirm the day was appropriate for the tech to come out.
