This small business is excellent on customer service and trying to accommodate their customers even when the customer customer is struggling. I did not have insurance but they worked with me so that I could get my car repaired and pay them while they were working on the car. Mr. Darrell was very understanding And the work was very very professional.
PLEASE DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE I AM WARNING YOU!!!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had with a car shop this man has had my car for 7 weeks and will not touch it! He has received a check from my insurance agency and still have not reported a status of whether or not the car is finished. He has been forwarding my calls for two weeks and whenever the insurance asks when will the car be done he says tomorrow.. we’ll tomo has been the day for the last 6 weeks and I have been without my car for 2 months now. I was visiting my daughter and got in an accident abd atec got me up and running fast and painleas would definitely recommend to anyone
Darrell/this company is horrible!! They're unprofessional, money hungry, unreliable, and most of all horrible service. I received my car days later than agreed to. With in return horrible body repair, and had the audacity to inquire more money! Don't waste your money on these thieves and horrible service! Reviews tell the truth, please read and take heed.
