Five stars rating is indeed well deserved for ATD electrical when called in emergency in the middle of the night when suddent power cut off. The service is prompt, professional, on the ball and well organised to successfully find a solution to the problem, faulty meter in that case. Many Thanks to the operator electrician Guy Jenkins. I will certainly call again when necessary.
Staff arrived late, they we’re absolutely filthy and didn’t clean up. My lights still don’t work and I was charged for a call out fee after I booked in a time.
Always a pleasant experience dealing with Guy. He is polite, on time, and works great with tenants.
I had to have a family lamp from the 1920s rewired. It’s a very old lamp, and Aiden and Guy took great care in restoring it. I am very happy with their service and will be recommending them to others and using them again in the future.
