Told a LIE to dispatch. Bring it in WE CAN LOOK AT IT. FOUR hours later while waiting in the waiting room. Dispatch calls we can't get to it until tomorrow morning. It's a 3hr process to check it out. None of this was said in the BEGINNING. PLUS I watched yall charge another driver and NOT COMPLETE THE JOB. THEN TELL HIM TO COME BACK TOMORROW. SAD THING IS THE DRIVER TOLD ME RIGHT BEFORE HE LEFT WHAT HAPPENED. Trucking is ALREADY HARD BUT TO TREAT LONG TIME CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS IS VERY TROUBLING.
