I have lost all confidence in ATCO Electric’s billing system and customer service. I’m enrolled in the equal payment plan, and based on my payments and actual charges, my account should have a credit of more than $200. However, ATCO’s bill shows a credit of only slightly more than $30. The bills are confusing and make it extremely difficult to understand how they arrived at that amount. Not impressed with them. I get last month's bill seemed a little bit high so I went and unplugged my 250 w heat bulb in the chicken coop as well as their 100 w water heater. Did a bunch of laundry at work instead of using the washer and dryer at home and then I get this month's bill and it's higher than last. Not sure how using less power gets a higher Bill
