The less you deal with, the better you are. They need to audited. Their actions towards costumers customers is questionable at best. As if customers even had a choice to decide who their service provider is to begin with.
The amount of random, unexplained additional fees and charges is ridiculous.
ZERO! Very bad customer service especially the Indian Guy! Very rude. I am saying my concern to him and he will just cut me saying my name then “Listen To me” he didn’t just do it once but he cut me 3x which pissed me off while talking to him. You shouldn’t be working in a Customer Service if you talk to a customer like that.
Riders add an additional 80% to your bill. Power goes out regularly. Phone system says they are short staffed yet no jobs advertised. Through and through a very poor company.
I wish I could give zero stars! TERRIBLE customer service!! They have a new auto-credit card payment system in Aug and I thought everything was ok until Jan when I got 4 months worth of a bill since it hadn't actually gone through Oct/Nov/Dec (I had paid myself manually in Sept). I paid the huge bill and was told that was the end of it. Now its February and they have now added Aug's bill from last year as well.
