They constantly guess your power usage and bill as they see fit. They don't charge for actual usage. There should be a law against this

Do your job and stop hitting yukoners with 3 months of rate adjusted bills after a 20% increase in your power cost. People's bills are 2 grand this month. You should be ashamed.
They will give you the biggest bill ever which will make no sense. I owned a business where I took off 50 percent of equipments that the previous owners had. Then they still charged the same amount of money. The manager there was so rude and had no idea what she was talking about. They told me they measured based on the estimate of the same month last year when we were told to put 5000$ deposit for changing to new accounts. UNBELIEVABLE
