Does anyone know what the rules are for tree removal from your fence is it my responsibility to clear off my fence and fix it or do they have some responsibility for it? I’ve looked everywhere can’t find anything about it and they are no help at the office don’t want to except to much and don’t want to be taken advantage of by them either. Please advise me thank you

We were told our solar would be net metering and they switched that without letting us know. Now they are just keeping the power we produce at a fraction of the cost. But if you live in Missouri the policy is different even though this is supposed to be an equal member co-op.....it is not. Different rules for different folks.
First off, we inquired about solar panels this year due to the fact that our electric bill is $200-$300 in the summer. After we determined where we wanted the panels and contacted our contractor, we heard nothing from Atchison Co. Holt for weeks. Finally, my mom went in and there was no movement on our panels and we were never provided a reason as to why. In the meantime, we are paying over $250 a month.
