The ladies that work here are all very nice and eager to help in any way they can. There's an activity thing in the center of the waiting room to entertain the kiddos while you wait. Also in the basement there's a room that's open to the public where you can find all kinds of things, for free, that you might need around the house. It's mostly clothes and shoes but you never know what else you might come across.
