Best place to buy a car. They have new ownership and have changed for the good.
Well, I would have to disagree with the previous 5 star rating. We have purchased two cars from Phalens in the past and I can definitely say we will never do business with them again. While we were happy with the deals we received on our vehicles the quality of repairs was below par. You not only have to be able to sell cars but you need to be able to service them.
