Do not take your car here. I had to have an engine replaced because of a recall. While the hospitality was great during the repair the nightmare began when I went to pick it up. They told me the trans was slipping amd it wasn't when I dropped it off. I asked them to take look at it as it seemed like it was a bad mount of some sort. They kept it for a couple more days and said everything was good. Trans needed to be replaced. I had a terrible experience at a Different Ford dealership. I called Attchison Ford they rectified it immediately. They give me the tow company phone number, which was very reasonable to have it towed to their location from Taylor to Belleville. Now I’ve learned a valuable lesson, don’t stray, no matter the distance, stay with Attchison Ford! They got the car immediately. It was repaired rapidly. I am disappointed. My wife’s Bronco was in the service department for 2.5 weeks. I asked for Updates along the ways but in order to get the updates I had to initiate. I was hoping at a minimum the dealership would have at least run the vehicle through the car wash. Disappointing!

Service Department is very nice and easy to talk with, but don’t get your hopes up. They suffer from the same inconsistencies and issues of all dealerships. Brought my car in for an issue that was already diagnosed l, still $175 diagnosing fee (whatever, it’s expected) and was told it was indeed the part I told them it was. Parts need to be ordered, so won’t be serviced for 5 days.
