Very disappointed. We had landscaping done in our backyard. The shift in grading resulted in standing water on one side of the yard. It took multiple phone calls and messages to get someone to come take a look at the problem. Once they did, they lied about having a manager come out, and stalled weeks before getting back to us yet again. They then agreed to repair the standing water problem, waited many weeks before coming to do so, and then decided at the last minute that it wasn't their fault and were going to do nothing. We paid Atcheson a substantial amount of money for our landscaping. We did not require any structural work, but rather only plants. The plants we were given were either diseased or weed ridden. The condition of the plants was terrible, especially coming from a landscaping company. Further, they were just thrown down by the gentlemen who planted them, and not measured so that they were spaced properly. Structurally they know what they're doing. From a design standpoint however, their water falls look strange and totally unnatural.
