I wish I could rate the service but I never got that far. I can only rate the lack thereof. I had to do all the calling to a Mike at this company. His follow-up was non-existent and obviously didnt want my business. From my initial phone call before the holidays he let me know he was going on vacation & would call me a week later when he returned to schedule an appt to hv my calipers wrapped on my 2023 bmw x4.
