THIS WAS THE WORST TAX PREPARATION SERVICE IVE EVER HAD. FIRST I CHECKED THE BOX TO HAVE A PAPER CHECK SENT TO ME, AND NOT ONE TIME DID THEY TELL ME A. IT WOULD COST 400.00 DOLLARS TO HAVE THE MONEY TAKEN FROM MY REFUND AND NOT PAID OUT OF POCKET. SECOND I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT MY REFUND WOULD BE SENT TO THEM AND NOT TO ME. NOW THEY ARE TAKING OVER 400.00 DOLLARS FROM ME TO DO FEES. NOW HAS ANYONE EVER PAID THAT MUCH MONEY TO FILE THERE TAXES??????
