Attempted to cancel my contract, was advised I had to have it in writing. I emailed stating that I no longer reside in the state and wanted to cancel my contract. I then proceed to get emails stating I needed to update my payment method. I contacted someone they stated I needed to send a written cancellation which I already did. I’ve been a member for almost 2 years. The AC here hasn’t worked in over a month. It now smells like mold when you walk in the door. What’s going on? I’m about to drop my membership.
An excellent gym. Clean, quiet, and absolutely well managed.
