The machines are good but very few people clean their machines when they're done and there's always someone whistling, barking (not lying there are guys that bark here), throwing weights around, and trying to talk to you when you have headphones on. The environment isn't great
ATC Fitness is the best gym for the money in the Mid-South. Clean gym and locker room. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
