I strongly advise against using this cleaning company. My experience was highly disappointing for several reasons. Firstly, the cleaners were careless and damaged my property by breaking items and banging their vacuum into the corners of my walls, which led to significant drywall damage that I had to pay to repair out of pocket. Additionally, their cancellation policy is unfair: if you need to cancel an appointment, they charge you the full cleaning price rather than a reasonable cancellation fee. We found ATC when I went back to the workforce after our 2nd child was born. Working 5 days a week and cleaning on weekends was cutting into family time. So we reached out for help! ATC was affordable and our cleaner Cody always does a fantastic job setting us up for a win the rest of the week.
