Do not park here. Park literally anywhere else, you have been warned. I see I had the same problem other people have had with this place double charging you. I paid $28 at the machine by the elevators due to the overhead signage saying there was no paying at the exit gate, and when I put my slip into the exit gate to be let out, it demanded another $10 for opening. $38 for 3 hours of parking due to broken machines. Their machine is regularly broken and difficult, they don't use an app. The gate is sometimes broken. Please leave immediately after paying because they will void your ticket if you are stuck in line and you stay beyond 10mins. They have only a phone in service that has an operator that you cannot hear and will not let you pass of anything like the above happens. Either way you will be late or stuck. Even though we had already paid for parking, it wanted us to make an additional payment. As well as, took us 15 minutes to exit with help who kept hanging up on us.
