Waited 20 minutes on the phone after the lady at the bank messed up simply changing the phone-number on my account. After 30 vague questions about withdraws and deposits and employment they told me they couldn't help, good work ATB.
Horrible experience. After fantastic effort to move accounts over. When time for renewal or rate changes easily the worst organization I’ve ever worked with. Irony is we were going to buy more services and now will never do anything with this organization. I’m taking our business elsewhere!
I’m extremely disappointed with ATB. After being a loyal customer for over 15 years—with my banking, investments, and credit card all through them—I expected far better service. I’m traveling internationally in two days for two weeks, and my credit card has suddenly stopped working. Lowlife bank. The worst of the worst. They assumed my etransfer was a scam so they froze my account instead of phoning me to clarify! Now I have zero access to online banking, working out of province. I called four times for help & they refuse to fix their mistake. 02/25: I reached out to ATB to inform them that I would be buying a car from a dealership later that day and I wanted to make sure that my card would not be locked, and that my daily purchase limits were set high enough. I was to be buying the car outright with savings from my accounts. The person I spoke to confirmed my card was not locked and my limits were set high enough to allow the purchase. Perfect!
