I recently went into the Spirit River branch and was less than pleased with the customer service. There was only one person working, and she completely ignored me which I found extremely rude. She was clipping her nails when I entered the branch, which is absolutely inappropriate in a professional setting, and there was an unpleasant odour exuding from the teller.
