Waited a week and a half to get an appointment with a loan officer to find out what we could get pre-approved for a mortgage. Then waited 11 more days to discover she had evidently not done any work on our file. Not impressed.
This has to be the slowest / worst ATB in Alberta. Life sucks when I'm unfortunate enough to enter. Use the ATB on west side if at all possible
