This has to be the slowest / worst ATB in Alberta. Life sucks when I'm unfortunate enough to enter. Use the ATB on west side if at all possible

Today I came into atb with issues regarding opening a savings account through the app. I went in and was helped by Kaitlyn who immediately put through the documents to get my savings opened. I was also assisted by Tristan electronically, who got back to me in an incredibly timely manner and overall it took me all of an hour and a half to get my savings open. I am very pleased with the friendly and quick service I received today.
