Went for commercial modgage, received pre-approval. But, gosted me on the financing condition removal date. Deal is dead because of 3 untrained, unprofessional, individuals in this branch. Finally bank accept the mistake and aggried to return my expenses which is around $2500. If you need modgage don't trust this brunch. They don't know what they doing. Including their team lead.
Why do you have cookie cutter responses to people's complaints??
Why is there only ever 1 to 2 tellers on. Specially on a friday? This happens way more then it should. If I didnt have to do banking here, I would not due to the lack of customer services.
I give them a 1 because I've been waiting since April 3/25 to be able to use my personal mobile app.Apparently there's something wrong with my profile all of a sudden after using the app for the past 20 years.Somebody somewhere along the way changed something & now according to the app my account no longer exists but its still having the usual deposits & withdrawals.Ive called & emailed them multiple times over the past 6 months.Their response has been they can't remove the profile & redo it with the correct information & so... read more
