Big beautiful bank with only two tellers working, one on business side and one on personal banking. Building is empty with staff and customers are lining up. This is wasting my time and causing me money missing out on working hours to come here and wait so damn long. ATB has until now has been very good too me, but it is small things like this that gets to me and makes me want to change institutions, to a slightly more accommodating institution with more staff.
The girl with the redish pink lipstick is so rude she always makes it so difficult for the simplest thing she said “I always have problems with you” I have been with ATB for almost 3 years ofc there’s going to be problems here and there. I think it’s because I’m indigenous LOL
Wait times are terrible,
Service at this location is awful. Don’t waste your time I will drive over an hour to the Fairview branch before going here again.
I wrote and posted this review a year ago and then accidentally deleted it. Oops! I'm putting it back up again today. I want to acknowledge Tanya Scott, in particular, at this ATB Financial branch. Her level of customer service is exceptional and, in my experience, quite uncommon. So, it needs to be stated publicly here for not only her managers, but also for all her customers to see.
