I rarely leave a review; however, I feel compelled to share my positive experience with Tida Hamilton, the assistant branch manager. Tida is very professional and personable. He spent the time and made the extra effort to find a solution to a complex banking situation.
Haven’t been very happy with ATB. I’ve had to move my business accounts and my main accounts out of this bank. When you put a stop payment on an account, they put it down as NSF. So is it causes a lot of problem for your credit score or loan getting loans. All other banks show it as a stop payment and return not as an NSF. Very disappointed in this bank, they could do better.
Worst experience I ever had in a financial institution. Very unprofessional. I did the review through their website. I hope the owner will see it.
All the girls have always been super nice and helpful to me anytime i’ve gone here! Super fast service and they make sure you understand what they’re doing with your account!
