ATB Leduc - 4821 50th Avenue Just a note to give a big shout-out to Candice Jackson, Customer Service Representative. I brought my elderly Mother in to do her banking, and Candice was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. One stop shop for the old people who don't want to do online banking. They serve most transaction more than other banks can offer.
Nothing but good things to say about this bank and its employees. After recently experiencing a death in the family they have been very helpful with the process.
Poor online service
I have been banking at this branch since I was 13. I have to say the in branch experience has significantly declined. Today I tried twice once at noon and then again at 2:00 pm to deposit money as the "new" ABM they have spit all my cash back except one 20 dollar bill. Regardless both times I started with about 4 people in line. The two tellers were working as fast as they could however I waited 25 minutes the first time and then another 20 at 2:00 after which I left both times due to the wait.
