First experience with getting a mortgage. The initial set up and pre approval was great and fairly easy to get threw…just needed to get a few more documents to the lady I seen. The next day I sent off the documents required and was asking if anything else was required…no follow up emails voice mails not returned. Me and my husband got an appointment here and the financial advisor Tim Corson is very knowledgeable and helpful. Nice big place and people are very happy and friendly. They offer us the fancy coffee and tea for drinks. Best service i had in ATB. Highly recommend this place.
