Nothing but good things to say about this bank and its employees. After recently experiencing a death in the family they have been very helpful with the process.
Poor online service
I have been banking at this branch since I was 13. I have to say the in branch experience has significantly declined. Today I tried twice once at noon and then again at 2:00 pm to deposit money as the "new" ABM they have spit all my cash back except one 20 dollar bill. Regardless both times I started with about 4 people in line. The two tellers were working as fast as they could however I waited 25 minutes the first time and then another 20 at 2:00 after which I left both times due to the wait. Original Review: I'm misgendered every single time I come into this branch. I shouldn't have to be dehumanized in order to do my banking. The staff needs to be educated on how to address people respectfully because this is unacceptable. UPDATE! I received a call from Colleena, the branch manager last week. First experience with getting a mortgage. The initial set up and pre approval was great and fairly easy to get threw…just needed to get a few more documents to the lady I seen. The next day I sent off the documents required and was asking if anything else was required…no follow up emails voice mails not returned. Even went in and talked to a clerk which she said she will message her to call you this evening… no call back.
