Numerous ATB Call Centre team members work from home (including Kiki in Calgary who I initially talked to after waiting over 20 minutes for a call back which did not come and then me calling again and waiting on hold for another nearly 20 minutes) and I am not comfortable with my personal and private banking information including birthdate being voiced by me, my Driver's License or other ID sent over the internet in order to receive assistance, and accessed in people's homes where the team member indicated that they sign a c... read more
