I had a horrible experience having my taxes done this year and I live in Houston, Texas. The tax preparer was unprofessional, knew nothing, and took weeks to respond to my questions. I recall when I lived in NYC I used to have Juan at ATAX prepare my taxes. I went back this year and not only did he answer my questions and concerns before my asking, he had them prepared in about 48 hours. The staff was also as helpful and professional. Never trusting anyone else to do my taxes for me but these guys.
