TLDR: it’s September and the state department of revenue still does not have a record of our tax return filing in their system from ATAX. They aren’t answering the phone, and their doors are locked, lights off, nobody there during their very limited business hours(currently noted on their site after two attempts on separate weekdays in the middle of the afternoon).
